Potential Inc. is hiring School Paraprofessionals to work with students at our small, private school located in Newtown, Bucks County.
Full-Time School Paraprofessional Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3 pm

A Paraprofessional at the Springtime School will help students with autism reach their full potential by teaching skills such as communication, activities of daily living, vocational skills, and more as well as reducing behavior that impacts their ability to participate in the community.

The starting salary range for this role is $23,000 - $28,300 and varies based on educational obtainment. Starting salary may exceed this range for individuals who have experience providing ABA services.

We provide extensive training for our direct care roles. Our next training class starts on January 30th, 2023. Class runs for 3 weeks, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, in-person at our clinics in Warminster and Newtown, PA.


Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with students under the teacher's direction
Implement ABA Programs with high integrity
Daily data collection
Maintain client safety and confidentiality
Work with students ages 6-21

Job Requirements

High School diploma required

Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred

Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3 pm
Must be available for training (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, in-person in Newtown, PA and Warminster, PA)
Experienced and comfortable working with aggressive behavior
Pass mandatory background checks
Take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam after completing paid training
Must be physically able to keep up with active children and adolescents
