Job Description

Last Update: 1/11/24
We're Only Accepting Applications for Candidates with an experience in fabrics/textiles and a background in teaching to setup our own Fabrics Academy to help bring awareness for Made in America fabrics and our own eco-friendly fabric brands.

We are a small family business manufacturing textiles in America, looking to grow our family. We're seeking a new team member with a teaching background to join our fairly small but extremely hard working team. Prior sewing experience or an interest in textiles is required.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who want to make a difference; hard working, punctual, fast learners, team players with a positive attitude.

We have created our own brands of fabrics specializing in absorbents (Zorb), waterproof (ProSoft PUL), food safe (ProSoft FoodSAFE and ProCare), organics (ProECO) and performance (ProCool). We work and partner directly with brands like CoolMax, Lycra, Repreve, Cotton Inc to bring their technologies to the market. Our customers are true ecopreneurs (a new generation of eco-conscious entrepreneurs) who work tirelessly to create new innovative reusable products that directly combat the disposable whirlpool our generation has fallen into. You can check out our website here - wazoodle.com

During COVID-19, we were the first company in the US to respond the face mask crisis and provide guidance on reusable face masks with the Blog Article that broke the internet on March 16, 2022. Our customers created over 30 million masks using more than 1.5 million yards of fabrics manufactured by our sister company, AKAS Tex in USA, at a time when there were supply chain shortages all over the world.

In fact, our very own X-95 mask, created by our sister company Silver Arch outperformed the N-95 mask by 72% in filtration efficiency, making it the first reusable mask that provides 2-way protection and protects the wearer and everyone around them.

You will work with the marketing team and the website team to grow our academy and encourage clients to sign up for a subscription based model that teaches people the value of American made fabrics and how people can setup their own businesses using our fabrics to create reusable products that help combat the disposable waste our world has lost itself into.

As part of your training, your goal is to work efficiently and assist the founders of the company with any and all admin related work including customer phone calls & emails, working with our fabrics to answer customer questions, write knowledge base articles on our fabrics and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure high quality content is being created that can be used in our Academy. You will get the opportunity to work with the fabrics in the warehouse to get to learn more about them.
