Job Opening:
The Malvern School is currently seeking to fill an Assistant Director position in supporting our Central New Jersey schools. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with local travel.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, career-orientated Assistant Director with strong administrative skills, effective parent communication skills, a collaborative approach to staff leadership and knowledge of the industry. The Assistant Director position is at the management level with general responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Supporting in the classroom
Maintenance and upkeep of all children's files
Ensuring compliance with all licensing/accrediting agencies
Supporting the Executive Director and Director of Education in the day-to-day operations of the school

What we need from you:

Must be able to relate well to children and adults and feel comfortable in a leadership role
At least one-year experience in Early Childhood Education
15 or more college credits in Elementary, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Human Development (minimum of an Associate's Degree preferred)
Experience and demonstrated strengths in Customer Service, Staff Management and Organization
