Crème de la Crème Early Learning Centers of Excellence is a growing community of 47 schools in 14 states. We are on the lookout for really great talent to help shape the future of our organization and the lives of the children we work with.
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and caring Executive Director to lead and grow our school.
Our Executive Directors plan, organize, direct, control, and ensure world-class customer service for families, staff, and guests as well as increase total revenue and EBITDA by a minimum of 8% annually while ensuring a safe and secure environment for our children and Team Members. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations Position, the Executive Director supervises all school-level personnel.
As a Cre?me de la Cre?me Executive Director, you will spend your days:
· Maintain effective and consistent communication between all Team Members and parents.
· Maintain ongoing communication with newsletters using the SMORE platform.
· Know every child and parent by name in your school.
· Manage the school in conformance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
· Manage all operations of Cre?me de la Cre?me facilities and programs according to company guidelines.
· Facilitate the growth and protection of your businesses' digital reputation through Yelp, Google My Business, and GlassDoor.
· Meet or exceed monthly/annual budgets.
· Enroll the school to capacity while maximizing the profitability of the operation. Daily attendance numbers should equate to license capacity.
· Maintain a minimum of 40% tour to enroll conversion.
· Oversee student transitions ensuring developmentally appropriate decisions and clear communication with parents.
· Develop, execute, and grow your school-age programs (including before school, after school, holiday camps, and summer camp).
· Recruit and staff your school using the best practices noted in the Cre?me de la Cre?me Interview Guide.
· Manage the development, counseling and terminations of Team Members.
· Develop and nurture internal talent, preparing team members for expanded roles.
· Conduct hew hire orientation and onboarding.
· Conduct verbal and written performance evaluations of Cre?me Team Members within 30 days of the due date.
· Authorize and manage payroll and overtime expenses - maintaining 47% or lower to total revenue.
· Maintain a 90% or higher score on the Cre?me secret shop program.
· Effectively address data and feedback provided from all Cre?me de la Cre?me customer and Team Member surveys.
· Maintain a Net Promoter Score of 45 or above across all Cre?me de la Cre?me customer and Team Member surveys.
· Conduct facility tours, follow up on each guest tour and guide families through the enrollment process.
· Execute the Cre?me de la Cre?me employee Reward and Recognize Program.
· Other duties as assigned.
