JOB SUMMARY: The SSSM Director is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing the overall operation of the SSSM Program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the planning, organizing, implementing, and directing the overall operation of SSSM. Develops and implements operational procedures and provides fiscal oversight of SSSM. Individual will develop regular forums for communication with local partners and stakeholders, as well as programming that is responsive to community needs. Collaborates with various stakeholders to develop ideas and implement strategies that address community challenges. Leads the development of the Advisory Group.
OTHER DUTIES : As assigned by CFS Clinical Director
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Computer literacy
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of supervisory experience
