Status: Hourly; non-exempt
Job Overview: The Guest Services Concierge team member provides the initial introduction to our facility. Ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, pleasant telephone voice, great people skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm, focused, and patient disposition. Guest Services Concierge must be professional, personable, friendly, and able to handle a variety of communication situations as well as administrative tasks and multitask. Availability requires weekends.
Cordially and professionally greet and direct residents, visitors, callers, and staff.
Become acquainted with staff members and their functions in order to properly route calls
Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks.
Cooperate with other departments to facilitate communications and notification of immediate needs.
Ability to follow procedures for medical emergencies and urgent matters.
Perform all tasks as required including, but not limited to:
generating and distributing forms
accurately perform all mail room functions for staff and residents
attending various meetings and functions as required
other duties as needed by Admissions and Administrator
Guest Services candidate will have exceptional customer services/sales experience. Some medical experience is preferred. Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
Maintain confidentiality/HIPPA at all times as it relates to resident information and business functions. Practice good judgment at all times.
Maintain proper dress code in uniform.
