Goldfish Swim School in Doylestown is looking for experienced front desk/customer service associates. Mornings, evenings and weekend shifts available. Weekends are not required.
Available Shift Hours:
Monday evenings: 3:30pm-7:15pm
Tuesday-Thursday evenings: 3:30pm-7:45pm
Wednesday & Thursday mornings: 8:30am-12:15pm
Saturday & Sunday mornings: 8:30am-12:45pm
STARTING EXPERIENCED RECEPTIONIST POSITIONS START AT $16/hr + Bonus Opportunities.
Requirements:

Previous front desk experience (1 year required)
Previous POS and scheduling experience (1 year required)
Previous administrative or receptionist experience (1 year preferred)
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with children
Front Desk employees MUST be a minimum of 18 years old by date of hire
Ability to effectively handle tasks simultaneously and excellent multi-tasking skills
Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic computer skills
Comfortable conducting marketing calls
Lifeguard/ CPR certification - we do all certification in house and it is not required to have before employment

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages and screens and directs phone calls in a professional manner.
Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach.
Assists members with scheduling lessons and class changes.
Greets and welcomes members as they come in the facility.
Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending.
Maintains cleanliness of the front desk area, Snack Shack area, changing areas, restrooms and observation area.
Well versed in all year-round products, services offered, seasonal offers and special events.
Checks voicemail and email correspondence and responds in a timely manner.
Makes collection calls to resolve open account problems.
Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Administers first aid when necessary.
Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

4 hour shift
Day shift
Evening shift

Weekly day range:

Weekends as needed
