Sales / Customer Service
We are seeking an organized and efficient sales associate who will support the Company by assisting customers with their custom decorated apparel orders
The position requires individuals to be comfortable in a fast paced environment and to deliver the highest level of customer service with attention to detail. A friendly outgoing personality is a must.
Candidate must have prior experience in roles involving sales and customer service. You will interact with clients in person, via email and on the phone. Experience as an Administrative Assistant with customer service is preferred. Social media /marketing experience is a plus.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver consistent professional phone etiquette and customer service.
Assist clients with day-to-day coordination of different projects including printing and embroidered sportswear.
Communicate clearly & concisely in oral and written form.
Complete order processing.
Data entry.
Generate customer quotes.
Record or file copies of orders received
Follow up on orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Receive and respond to customer inquiries.
Answer questions from customers on the product lines.
Maintain customer contact information in database.
Issue Purchase Orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
