Job Description:
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team at MercerCountyWorks.com. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be empathetic, patient, and able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to users of MercerCountyWorks.com via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues affecting the customer experience.
- Assist with maintaining and updating customer information in our database.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable with working in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk, is a plus.
