Then our group Front Desk Receptionist position in our Hatboro center is for you!

As a Legion front desk Receptionist you will be the first face our amazing members see. Youll be responsible for greeting our members and challengers as well as administering customer consultations and one on one support.

Our members range from those brand new to fitness to those who have been at our centers, or working out for years. You must have the drive to meet and outperform all key performance sales indicators, including challenge sales, membership sales and renewals, retail sales, and member attendance.

Retail inventory
Track Member's progress
Build and grow member base by proactively recruiting members
Conduct telephone inquiries /follow-up calls/customer care calls
Maintain a working knowledge of all products, programs and services
Handle member concerns/feedback in a professional manner
Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create and maintain a friendly positive environment


Enthusiasm, energy and excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Functional computer skills required, such as Google Docs, Sheets, or Microsoft office
Passion for health and fitness
Passion for helping people
High School diploma required
Flexible to work days, evenings and/or weekend hours as needed

Compensation includes hourly pay plus bonus.
