Mental Health Outpatient Clinic in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking experienced MEDICAL Front Desk receptionist with great Clerical and Administrative and patient care skills along with MEDICAL front desk operations knowledge. Spanish not reqired but is a plus.
The primary role of the Medical Receptionist is to provide reception and Clerical and Administrative services under the supervision of the office/ practice manager for the patients of the practice. These services may include insurance verification, collections, referrals, appointments, patient contact, and general secretarial duties.

Check in patients; consistently and courteously verifies and obtains required demographic information.
Collect co-payment and any applicable balances; Verifies insurance eligibility; Ensures appropriate referrals are obtained;
Ensure patient completes appropriate paperwork including but not limited to Intake and IDs; Accurately enters patient demographic information in EMR system.
Receive and directs all communication courteously and consistently and according to HIPAA guidelines and office policy.

Two open positions:
**Full time Schedule: 40 hours per week-Monday thru Thursday 8 hour shifts hours between 9:00a-8:00p, every other Friday 9:00a-5:00p and Including every other Saturdays from 9:00a-5:00p**

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
