Guest Services Receptionist bl? Out Lounge and Colour Bar is a luxury salon in Hamilton, NJ, dedicated to providing every guest with an exceptional experience. We want every guest to feel special from their first interaction, which is why we are looking for an amazing Guest Services Receptionist.
At bl? Out Lounge and Colour Bar, our mission is to serve others in all areas of our lives, both personal and professional, through consistent guidance, education, experience, and shared values. One of the first ways we are able to serve and guide our guests is through our phones when the guests call to book their reservations; this conversation can set the tone for the rest of their bl? Out experience so the following is essential for our new team member:
? Pleasant phone voice and language
? Strong attention to detail
? Positive attitude and an ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
? Self-initiative
? Ability to multitask
? Tech-savvy (confident learning and using our salon software as well as Google Drive)
? Innovative (open to learning new things and able to thinking on your feet)
Most importantly, our Guest Service Receptionist must enjoy building relationships (both with our guests and our team) and understand the importance of personalizing your interactions for each person you interact with.
Tasks will include:
? Answering phones
? Calling to confirm reservations
? Booking reservations
? Greeting Clients
? Keeping Reception Area Clean
? Assisting staff with light cleaning duties
? Using our salon software to enter client information and reporting (we will teach you)
Details:
? Full-time in-person position
? Would be working during Lounge hours:
Tuesday-Thursday 10-8pm
Friday 9-6pm
Saturday 9-4pm
Closed Sunday and Monday
? Will have a review every 30 days within a 90 day probationary period
? As our team and business grows and evolve we hope you will too! This position has room to grow into larger Guest Services positions.
