Adult & Pediatric Urology of Hunterdon is a busy specialty practice providing superior patient care for men, women and children. The physician is board certified and has over 20 years of clinical experience with expertise in cancer and noncancerous issues of the kidney, bladder, prostate, and female/male genitalia. As the front desk receptionist you will be responsible for interacting with patients in a healthcare setting. Your duties include answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments according to Doctor availability, explaining patient forms to new patients and collecting copayments. In addition, the medical receptionist will be cross-trained in other administrative roles within the office.
Minimum Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Receptionist: 1 year preferred
Required license, Registry or Certification: None
Skills and/or abilities required:
Pleasant telephone manner, composure under stress, punctual, reliable, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and computer skills.
