Our modern dental office is looking for an experienced Full Time (30 to 36 hrs/wk) Dental Front Desk Professional. If you are an enthusiastic, team-oriented and motivated individual, with excellent communication and customer service skills, this may be the position for you. Pay scale depends on the experience. Part-time can be an option to start.
Some of the responsibilities include:

Greeting patients
answering and handling phone calls
researching & confirming insurance eligibility & benefit
doctor/hygienists schedule management
check in and check out patients, including taking payments, calculating co-pay,
Submitting insurance pre-authorizations and claims.
Billing dental insurance, sending pre-estimate, and entering EOBs
Good organization skill
Account management and billing.

Required experience:

General Knowledge of computer use, Microsoft office, two-hand typing.
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a front desk/insurance coordinator in a Dental Office
ability to handle multiple phone calls
Must understand dental insurances & CDT codes
Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Paid time off (restriction applies), Paid holidays, sick days, & 2 Personal days per year.
$1,000 bonus can be earned if being Full time for one full year. Additional bonus may be implemented quaterly or yearly .
