We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service to join our team in Eatontown, NJ! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Shift:

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Answer phones and emails
• Dispatch service technicians
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
