If youre dedicated, dependable and driven to deliver exceptional guest service, this is place for you!What you get to do:As a Puppeteer Performer with Sesame Place, you will:Perform as a puppeteer in 4-12 shows per day in assigned area according to show schedulePerform in parade both in and out of character costumesProvide exemplary service to guests and team membersPerform warm-up on individual basis to insure performance without injuryDevelop skills/knowledge to maintain excellent quality show/appearanceFollow through on show/performance notes to ensure progress in specific areasEscort costumed characters during walkAssist those in character costumes with dressing and undressing of costumesConsistently practice safe work habits including, but not limited to use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situationsMaintain a professional appearance that meets SEA grooming standardsAssist in the daily operational aspects of assigned show, reporting prop/costume repairs in a timely mannerWork with cast/crew and management to maintain the integrity of the showPerform and complete assigned tasks from management as neededAssist in maintaining cleanliness, crowd control and guest safety in all venuesWhat it takes to succeed:Must be able to stay guest friendly at all timesMust be able to work in all weather conditions in and out of costumeMust demonstrate ability to perform in casted role during the audition processMust be able to attend required rehearsalsMust be able to lift, bend, push or pull 45 lbs.Must be able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest serviceMust be able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditionsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays February 1st, 2021 through January 9th, 2022Holidays are not guaranteed time off. Team Members will be staffed on a business need first.
