Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative û Independent Insurance Agency û Base Salary to 45k/year - Somerset, NJ
Our client, a 10+ year independent insurance agency in the Somerset, NJ area has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This close-knit insurance agency provides a comprehensive range of commercial, personal, life & health and employee benefits products.
Responsibilities:
The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will be an integral and key player in supporting the team. This person will be responsible for answering phones, processing incoming and outgoing mail, processing certificates of liability (25+ a day) reporting claims and following up on claims until closed, run MVRÆs, etc. This is a great entry level role with a possibility for growth within!
Qualifications:
1+ Years of Insurance experience.
Experience processing intricate certificates of liability.
Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed preferred.
AMS360 or Vertafore experience preferred.
Knowledge of general liability, business auto, and workers comp policies preferred.
Compensation:
Base salary to 45k/year, plus commission on new business and a year-end bonus.
Benefits package including Medical, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k+ match, company sponsored events, etc.
In office for 3 months then hybrid Thursdays & Fridays from home.
