Mercerville Animal Hospital is looking for a positive, energetic, and caring individual to join our team. The right candidate must have a passion for animals as well as their owners. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
Answer multiple phone lines
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Provide basic and accurate information
Process payments
Enter invoices
Schedule appointments
File and pull medical charts for appointments
Fill out medical records for upcoming appointments and surgeries

Experience with Customer Service
Phone Diva-Excellent phone skills and ability to handle multiple phone lines
Computer literate
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills

Must be dependable and able to follow instructions
