Customer Service Representative

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates as necessary.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems effectively.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience with sales or upselling is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers.
