Description: Provide service to customers and sales staff via phone, fax, and email in a fast-paced environment for one of the leading providers of building products in the country. Company established in 1958.
Location: Old York Rd, Abington, PA 19001
General Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and making follow-up calls as needed
Processing and tracking orders
Communicating with customers and staff
Manage spreadsheets and other documents in support of the above

Requirements:

Must be local to the Abington, PA area with reliable Transportation and Logistics
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills (we will train you on other software)
Detail oriented
Effective communicator
Multi-tasker
Ability to work both alone and in a team environment
Motivated/ Eager Work Ethic

Desirable Skills/Qualities/Qualifications:

Customer service experience
Order entry experience
