Seeking to fill a Hotel Guest Services Manager / Front Office Manager role for a busy, full-service hotel in central New Jersey. This new hotel ranks very highly on all Social Media and travel OTA websites. Great opportunity for an experienced Front Office Manager.
Candidate background should include 4+ years full-service hotel AFOM or better experience in an upscale full-service hotel. MINIMUM 3 YEARS PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH A MARRIOTT BRANDED HOTEL REQUIRED. Focused/Select-service hotel GM looking to move into a busy full-service hotel role also strongly encouraged to apply.
Exceptional service and training skill set and demonstrated focus on the guest & associate experience is essential. Good technical understanding of hotel systems is important. Varied schedule averages 45 hours per week.
Work for a long experienced hotel management company with extensive benefits and opportunities for growth. Great base salary plus achievable incentives (bonus plan at 15% - 20% of base annual salary). Potential for some relocation assistance.
