Job Description: We are a leading tree company based in New Hope, PA, and we are currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator/Climber to join our team. Our service area is Bucks County PA and Hunterdon County NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating our Liebherr 45t All Terrain crane and performing climber duties using an aerial lift. This is a full-time position with half the week spent operating the crane and the other half performing climber duties.
Responsibilities:
Operate the Liebherr 45t All Terrain crane to lift and move heavy objects, including trees and equipment.
Perform climber duties, including tree trimming, pruning, and removal, using an aerial lift.
Inspect and maintain the crane and other equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards.
Requirements:
Must have a valid CDL and crane operator license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a crane and performing climber duties in the tree industry.
Must have a good understanding of crane safety procedures and regulations.
Ability to climb trees and operate an aerial lift.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
