Pay is $18 per hour with an eligible raise at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.

The Customer Service Specialist is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing & upholding the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents, or staff members.
Our Benefits:

What we are looking for
Strong hospitality and customer service skills
Availability to work at least two weekday afternoon shifts (3:15 - 8:15 pm) AND Saturdays (8:30 am - 1:30 pm or 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm) required*
Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working with computers
Must have attention to detail
Must be comfortable working with a scheduling system
One year of the demonstrated hospitality industry or customer service representative experience - preferred
One year of demonstrated sales experience - preferred
Bilingual is a *plus*

Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
Build relationships with families and get to know their names and their childrenÆs names
Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
Answering sales calls and conducting tours
Enrolling children in swim lessons and managing the lesson schedules
Engaging with Children and Families on the joy of learning & swimming
Smiling and having fun
Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents
Ensuring a fantastic, family-friendly experience
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools provide year-round, indoor swim lessons to children ages four months and up in classes of no more than four students. Our expert instructors teach a proven, life-saving curriculum that reduces drownings and creates a life-long love of swimming. \Our mission is to provide best-in-class swim instruction; an easy, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for the entire family; and a workplace culture rooted in integrity, effectiveness, teamwork, and growth.\
