pCare, headquartered in Lake Success, NY, is the award winning, leading provider of interactive patient systems in the healthcare industry.
We are currently seeking a customer service focused candidate to join our team as a Part Time Customer Service Representative. The candidate will help support our television and telephone programs in the hospital by providing front line service to patients and staff, to ensure the services we provide in the hospital meet their expectations.
The successful candidate will:
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting services
Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features
Replace defective equipment as needed
Be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records
Skills/Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
Physical/Health Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder
Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings
Must be COVID 19 vaccinated
Locations and Shift:
Abington, Elkins and Jeanes Hospitals
Shift: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm four weekdays, one weekend day required
Pay rate: $14.00 p/h
*Joining bonus can earn up to $1k
