Job Brief:
Our Customer Service Representatives interact with the company's customers and agents to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, you will solve problems and propose solutions within the company's guidelines and policies.
Job Description:
Handle all incoming customer inquiries.
Assisting customers with item information and orders
Order processing, fulfillment related tasks and following up on orders with customers
Making outbound calls to support B2B and B2C client relationships.
Support outside sales representatives.
Obtain client information and enter into the database.
Call Center / Office Setting
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
2 or more years of customer service experience.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Proficient with Email Application
Excellent typing and computer skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and under pressure
Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
Be a team player, ready to assist and do whatever it takes.
Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized.
Dedication to providing service that satisfies the customer and builds loyalty.
Home Décor/Lighting experience a plus
Experience with ERP systems
