Assist with administrative tasks
Answer the phone with a smile on your face
Help customers with complaints, questions, and concerns
Build value for each call
Enter data into the software
Schedule calls
Contribute to other tasks as needed
Job requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check and drug test
Ability to multi-task
Preferred computers, computer programming, technical, and marketing majors
Must be authorized to work in the US
