As a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) organization, we deliver product from our supplier/distributor directly to a retail store, thereby bypassing a retailers distribution center.

What We Need:
An effective Customer Service Dispatcher to support our warehouse team. A successful candidate will have a background in customer service and should be fluent in the processes of receiving, logging, and dispatching calls from our customers in need of service.
You will communicate with customers and service technicians and sales daily.
Evaluate and document service calls for freezers and maintain a digital archive of closed calls.
Dispatch service technicians, GPE or subcontractors, to repair and maintain equipment.
Coordinate repairs on all complaints pertaining to the freezers.
Gain an understanding of the refrigeration equipment and its complete operation.
Assist technicians in resolving problems.
Additional miscellaneous Clerical and Administrative duties.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time.
What You Need:
High School Diploma or GED.
Self-starter and motivated.
1-2 years of customer service experience
1-2 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery industry preferred.
Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Work Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
