A Customer Service Representative is a Entry to mid Level position. Customer Service Representatives assist in all processes involving customers and there orders from the necessary components to ensure a high quality, efficient and timely build for customer projects. while using inventory tracking and ERP software to ensure a consisted database is maintained.
Responsibilities

Materials management, planning and procurement, production planning
Procure, plan and control the cycle of materials for an electronic components manufacturer
Effectively conduct communications with all outside vendors, both foreign and domestic
Monitor vendor performance
Ability to make procurement decisions and vendor selection for all company materials used to manufacture electronic components, as well as office supplies.
Ability to exercise independent decision making
Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Good Business acumen.
Great customer services Skills
Must be experienced with ERP software
