We are seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team! Sycamore Veterinary Hospital focuses on great patient care and client education while providing an environment that promotes health and well being for our staff. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for helping clients, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and creating a first impression with both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about our products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ideal candidate would be compassionate, a quick learner and self-motivated. The candidate is required to have basic computer skills. Prior receptionist and/ or customer service experience is a must. Experience scheduling appointments is preferred. Prior veterinary or medical office experience is preferred, but not required.
