As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact directly with customers in all aspects and provide exceptional service including processing of orders, tracking deliveries, processing returns and initiating corrective action reports. Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for entering and processing customer orders and confirming with the customer.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal customer service communication skills.
Must be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of company products/specifications or related products/specifications in order to be able to make product recommendations.
Accurately identify the type, amount and required date of product ordered.
Coordinate with the shipping department to meet customer specific requirements.
Coordinate resolution of any non-conforming products or irregularities.
Accurately quote prices to customers using standard pricing information and customer specific pricing agreements.
Accurately calculate total prices and quantities related to sales orders.
Work with Sales/Operations to expedite orders to meet customer demand.
Accurately update, maintain, and complete customer information and order status.
Ensures accuracy of all sales orders.
Provide necessary information to the shipment of product.
Proficient with a laptop and Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to learn ERP/MRP and CRM tools.
Detail oriented and able to make decisions and multitask.
Ensure quality professional working relationships are being maintained and responsiveness to customers is achieved.
Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Three (3) years minimum experience providing customer service in a corporate environment.
Experience providing customer service to businesses of all sizes from large corporations to small businesses preferred.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
