In this role, you will provide support and development for a team of Customer Success Managers and increase the overall business of ASI by establishing an onboarding journey for new customer and implementing retention strategies for the existing customer base.
The Director, Distributor Services will report to the Vice President, Distributor Sales. Youll join our Distributor Sales & Marketing department and lead a team of seven Customer Success Managers. We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven record of exceeding goals.
Expected total compensation of $117,000.00 - $125,000.00 with a base of $72,000.00 - $80,000.

Leading and managing a team of Customer Success Managers towards accomplishing results including excellent growth revenue and increasing member base, in all specified geographic territories.
Coaching and assisting staff with questions and problems that may arise, keeping the Vice President regularly informed.
Reporting marketplace trends, competitive intelligence, and new product ideas to increase revenue.
Driving strategic planning that generates revenue growth for the company.
Planning, organizing, implementing, and executing major strategic initiatives for the


Bachelors degree preferred; High School/ GED equivalent required.
7-10 years of business-to-business sales experience required.
2-5 years sales management experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Formal sales training (Sandler, SPIN Sales Training) preferred.

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. All employees, who live within a one hour commuting distance, are required to work onsite on Wednesdays.
