Allied Elevator is a growing, local company providing expert commercial elevator service and modernization for our clients. We are looking to hire a Dispatcher / Scheduler who can coordinate services for our clients. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
As the Dispatcher at Allied Elevator, you will be responsible for intake of daily service calls and communication to clients and scheduling field technicians. You will be on the frontline to provide our customers with Allieds standard for Exceptional Client Experience and working with the team to ensure client requests are met. Your role includes answering the phone and emails, entering service calls in the system, scheduling field technicians, monitoring the daily service call board, and scheduling elevator testing with inspectors. Plus, additional administrative duties as needed.

We are looking for someone with these skills:
· Effective prioritization, organization, and time management
· Great communication, including listening
· Able to analyze situation, probe for details, make recommendations
· Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities
· Self-motivated to start processes and endurance to follow through to the end
Requirements
· At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities
· Ability to navigate computer programs and utilize technology
· Must be able to work in our office during regular business hours.
· Experience in the elevator industry is a plus
