About this job
As an Associate Client Director, you are responsible for all customer activity and the overall success of NielsenIQ at the customer. Key activities include account and team/project management, lead client engagement and develop and deliver strategies. This includes driving timely outcomes and customer value through the data and analytics which drive the overall customer experience and elevate NIQs performance. This role has in-depth knowledge of customers business and industry to identify new opportunities for NIQ to drive value. Works successfully across a matrixed organization structure, fully leveraging the service model.
Responsibilities

Leading commercial strategy and sales of NielsenIQs solutions as part of client contract renewals or RFPs
Developing commercial elements of joint business plan
Developing NIQ account plan & sales strategy
Achieving sales and strategic objectives
Developing strategies to win based on client segmentation and product/market fit
Building meaningful client relationships with client stakeholders and teams
Representing voice of customer to internal product development, product marketing, communications, and delivery teams
With a high degree of urgency, uncover and disseminate retailer, manufacturer, and competitive intelligence
Recognize potential revenue opportunities with customers and partner with Sales Leaders to enable them to achieve sales goals
Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcome

Qualifications

Can you effectively tell a story that captures the audience, regardless of what level, and brings them along your journey? Are you able to work collaboratively, as part of a team, within a dynamic and challenging environment while maintaining high standards? Do you have experience in working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution?

4-7 years relevant experience with research techniques & solutions in the related industries of Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Sales, Analytics or similar
Effective in senior level communications, influencing & negotiation
Strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in presenting analysis and insights
Polished, persuasive communication and presentation skills
Mission-driven and passionate about serving a purpose
Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment
Demonstrated record of creating strong client relationships and driving value
Excellent project and team management skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Experience with NielsenIQ tools, applications, and platforms
Bachelors degree required
