TouchPoint360 is looking for the ideal candidate with excellent customer service and sales skills to work at a couple of pharmaceutical labs for one of our clients. This is a part-time position working independently 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule. Attention to detail is critical to success in this role for managing inventory and marketing materials. The shift for this position will be 3 days a week: 2 days at one lab in Lawrence Township, NJ; one day at another lab in Summit, NJ.
Job Responsibilities
Maintaining inventory and storage units (e.g., ordering inventory, receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, performing physical inventory, and maintaining visual ID and branding standards)
Builds effective partnerships with customers and colleagues
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure that the customer has a positive experience
Maintaining merchandising standards & branding standards
Job Requirements
Can work independently
Has excellent customer service and sales skills
Attention to detail
Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation
Carry up to 50 pounds on occasion
Science Background Preferred but not required.
