Job Duties:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries for quotes, delivery, and technical questions on products
Communicate seamlessly with your internal colleagues - both product engineers and application engineers - to get answers to questions for the client.
Possess a patient and understanding attitude, with a focus on finding a solution to customer issues.
Maintain a positive mindset toward each customer inquiry and request.
Have good organizational and follow-up skills.
Be responsible for doing what you say and saying what you do.
Enjoy busy & multitasking work throughout the day
Create a can-do work environment
Communicate, communicate, communicate.
