JOB SUMMARY
Work directly with customers on service-related issues. Manage incoming service calls/emails and work with internal resources to help coordinate appropriate actions to resolve customer issues. Maintain and manage the customer service activity data base.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedules technical and administrative field service work that may include a variety of service-related activity, i.e., contract maintenance (time and material) service agreement renewals with retained accounts; service calls; product installation and repair; and equipment parts and tool inventory maintenance.
Supports new product launches, ensuring appropriate staff is trained, that any special tools and unique parts are readily available prior to installation and that necessary documentation and/or reporting requirements are followed.
Monitors the set-up, testing, breakdown, packaging, transporting re-installation and start-up of complete product line.
Responsible for the complete planning and activation of facilities in support of the multi-faceted tasks of the pre- and post-manufacturing processes.
Manage the in-plant, customer telephone support and spare parts/service follow-up.
Maintain accurate customer information in the service CRM module.
Interact with and respond to customer inquiries (by email and telephone).
Coordinate communication between customers and service engineer/technician.
Manage/track service schedule, reports, expenses, timesheets, etc.
Identify spare parts and ensure orders are promptly completed, ready to ship
Monitor/track equipment or parts being returned to Denton for repairs
Manage administrative documents needed for contract compliance/execution
May perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Three to years in similar service role supporting global customer base.
Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, Vacuum, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer programming a plus.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with electrical schematics and mechanical drawings desirable.
Knowledgeable in the use of various Microsoft Office Suite applications i.e.: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with computer maintenance management systems: Epicor, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot.
Detail oriented and highly organized.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Due to ITAR Regulations candidate must be a US citizen.
