Customer Service Representative I
We are looking for an organized, approachable, outgoing individual who can assist our customers, support our sales team, and work with other teams such as production, planning, and application engineering. The best candidate for this job will have some experience working with customers and utilizing an ERP and ticket management system. This individual must have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers via email, phone, and face to face conversations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate information between the sales team and the customer
Complete daily order entry and business transactions
Prioritize to accommodate expedite orders and urgent requests
Review each order prior to entering for accuracy and compliance i.e. Sarbanes Oxley Act
Assist finance in investigating customer disputes



Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred
0-3 years experience in customer service or order entry role
Strong professional communication skills required, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
ERP experience preferred, JDE a plus
Order Entry System and Data Entry Skills required
Microsoft Office proficiency required
