ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serve as the key contact between the company and its customers

· Communicate with customers on a timely basis regarding products, technical issues, order status and other needs as required by each customer.

· Use problem-solving skills to find a way to yes in dealing with customers

· Manage customer account set up, establishing terms and keeping permits up to date.

· Ability to write detailed product proposals per customer requests.

· Process orders in the company information and accounting system.

· Conduct follow-up communication with clients to maintain a good relationship

· Identify customers possible needs to provide an overall service-oriented environment

· Develop good working relationship with product suppliers and manufacturer representatives as well as company teammates.

§ Able to read and understand drawings and technical documents

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

§ High school diploma or GED as a minimum

§ 1-2 years of computer experience including relevant software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Keyboarding skills for data entry.

§ 1-2 years of customer service experience
