Basic Job Duties*

Deliver fantastic customer service.
Conduct routine bank teller transactions
Assist customers with a variety of account opening needs
Direct Customers to the right Consumer Lending products
Become a banking product expert who advises customers on what they need to enhance their financial lives.
Learn the importance of regulatory compliance through easy, online learning.
Learn and perform other operational duties within the store.

Qualifications

High School diploma / GED.
Prior customer service or cash handling helpful, but not required.
You enjoy providing excellent customer service.
You have strong communications and interpersonal skills.
You possess an aptitude for numbers.
Possess good basic computer skills.
You like being accurate and paying attention to details.
Prioritizing tasks to stay organized is important to you.
You appreciate the importance of maintaining confidential customer and bank information in a responsible and secure manner.
