Pediatric Therapeutics is a 30+ year old pediatric therapy company that provides services to young children in their homes and support for students in preschool and K-12 special education programs.
The Customer Service is a key front-line representation of the company to clients which includes service coordinators, Early Intervention Programs, and School Districts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Phone support for incoming calls to schedule Early Intervention Evaluations
Email and phone communication with clients and PTI staff
Works in various of scheduling and software databases to schedule and confirm appointments and to support PTI staff.
Develop positive and supportive working relationships for PTI client partners
Provide support to PTI staff related to appointments on their schedules.
Updates software data bases
Works cooperatively with a small customer support team
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, preferred
Interest or education in early childhood education or service coordination preferred
Attention to detail
Warm verbal communication skills on the phone
Comfortable working with databases
Likes working with a small team
Service oriented mindset that caters to client requests
Proficiency with computer systems, specifically Excel

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday
