HomeFree Pharmacy Services has an opening for a full time Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Representative. This position is Day Shift, Monday-Friday! You will be directly responsible for data entry of prescriptions, customer and client services,
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:
Communicates with clients, caregivers, nursing staff, pharmacy team staff and other agencies to monitor prescriptions, troubleshoot issues with delivery/medications and communicate refill information to production team.
Communicate with Physicians, patients and insurance companies
Provide appropriate and accurate documentation in patient medical record.
Work in various pharmacy workflow queues.
Triage patient and pharmacist questions and channel to right person
Provide excellent internal and external customer service, maintaining a service orientation in all interpersonal relations that conveys a positive, professional image.
Serves as a conduit of information between pharmacy, operations, and patient, caregiver or medical professional.
Ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing and shipping of all related prescriptions
Process fax and e-script orders
Manage and assist with processing of refills
Verify eligibility and specific drug coverage
Maintains confidentiality when dealing with patient information
Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:
Greater than 1-year experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Registered as Pharmacy Tech
Strong Customer and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
Bi-Lingual a Plus
Experience in Data Entry of prescriptions and knowledge of
Experience with Parata robots and Framework is preferred.
Knowledge of medications
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
Must give top customer service and priority to client satisfaction and client needs
Ability to follow through and complete all assigned tasks on schedule
Utilizes appropriate communication lines in relaying problems, concerns, questions and ideas
Ability to manage time efficiently while remaining organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
