Our client out of South Philadelphia, PA, who is a leader in the Automotive Industry, is looking for their next Customer Care Representative to join their team! Please see below for the detail information regarding the opportunity:
*The Shift for this opportunity:*

9AM - 5PM two days a week
12PM - 8PM two days a week
9AM - 5PM on Saturday

*This shift is on site five days a week*
Overview:
Candidate will be responsible for helping customers from initial online inquiries/phone calls up until the point of sale so they are very involved in the sales process.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Daily, via the telephone and Internet, responds to customer inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
2. Answers customer responses and replies to customer e-mails daily.
3. As they are received, promptly responds to incoming sales calls/customer inquiries.
4. Determines vehicle needs by asking questions and listening to customer needs.
5. Recommends alternate vehicle choices, when necessary.
6. Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., as well as recommends those things to customers.
7. According to predetermined work plan, on a daily basis, makes follow-up calls to customers.
8. Maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business, which contributes to customer satisfaction.
9. Maintains a prospect development system and consistently implements that system.
10. Set Appointments with prospects to visit showroom or meet at a place of their choice
11. Meet with Prospects during appointment times. Review vehicle choices and features. Work all steps to the sale and finalize purchase and paperwork with customers and dealership staff
12. Establishes, implements, and maintains personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity.
13. Move vehicle from lot to front of store on occasion for customers to take test drive. They will also take customers on test drive as well.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
