Manufacturing client in Horsham, Pa is looking for a full time Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will ensure effective support is provided throughout sales cycle with the objective of optimizing customer acquisition and retention activities. Management of customer retention programs will be a primary focus. Additionally, managing customer-related processes, key information, and needs will be critical.
Temporary to Permamnet Opportunity.
Starting at $18.00, compensation based upon experience.
Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Management of customer retention programs
Manage customers and related processes as needed
Contract coordination and preparation
Customer communications via phone and email
Inter-departmental coordination including but not limited to:
Quality: tracking of customer quality tickets and metrics
Accounting: facilitation of customer and accounting team coordination
Follow up and tracking of leads, quotations, orders
Provide support to Customer Success Managers, Business Development, etc.
Regional marketing support as needed (tradeshow coordination, literature fulfillment, etc.)
COMPETENCIES:
Business Acumen - Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals.
Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
