Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Be able to take 100+ calls a day
Able to cold call call/deal transfers from cold calls
Skills:
Previous experience in a customer support role
Have basic computer knowledge
Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
