We are looking for a Call Center Manager who can hire, train, inspire and lead their staff to teamwork and growth.

Ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneously

Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results

Ability to relay messages and handle conflict

Patience, empathy and a positivity that your staff and customers can hear even over the phone.
