As an administrative assistant, you are responsible for delivering the exceptional "front desk" customer service that we strive to provide our clients at each visit. We have designed every detail of our environment to be a place of undivided attention, support and inspiration. Here, you will be elevated by a team of results-driven professionals.

What youll do:

Greet and serve clients
Answer phone calls and emails
Gather new client intake information
Schedule appointments and collect payments
Handle other administrative tasks
Help keep the facility clean and organized
Serve as a resource between the clients and the staff, as we work together to deliver exceptional experiences from start to finish

What youll need:

College or associates degree
Interest in the areas of hospitality, communications, and health and wellness
Previous experience delivering quality customer service
Strong ability to work and communicate with clients and professionals of varied backgrounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
