National Maintenance and Build Out Company handles commercial remodeling and building maintenance for a number of Fortune 500 clients, servicing locations in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as locations in Maryland and Delaware. We are rapidly expanding as our reputation for excellent and timely work brings us new clients, and we are looking to bring on driven and hard working individuals to keep up with our growing demand.
Job Summary:
Candidates for this position must have reliable transportation and a clear drivers license history. Applicants must also be able to pass pre-employment medical screening necessary for operating company vehicles and machinery.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Detail oriented
Self-motivated
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to pass pre-employment medical screening necessary for operating company vehicles and machinery
Willingness to learn practices unique to each client
