Description



Position Summary: Responsible for various routine office tasks as well as specific duties and miscellaneous departmental projects.
Experience: 1 year office experience. HR experience helpful.
Education: High school graduate or GED, secretarial or business school and/or comparable work experience.
Other Required License/Credentials/Skills: Ability to read and write the English language. Working knowledge of office computer applications to include Microsoft Word and Outlook required; Excel a plus. Working knowledge of fax, copier and telephone required. Typing of 40 wpm required. Strong interpersonal skills and good organizational skills essential.
Contact With Others: Contact with other departments, furnishing or obtaining information or reports, requiring tact and discretion in order to obtain cooperation. Frequent contact with external parties.
Supervision Given: None
Supervision Received: Works under general supervision in performing routine assignments, referring unusual or more difficult situations to immediate supervisor.
Bi-Weekly Hours: Per Diem
Work Schedule: Every Monday 8 am - 12 pm & Additional days as needed
