As a Secretary, you will work in an administrative setting within our coordinated specialty care program located in Cherry Hill, Camden County NJ.
Schedule: Part-time 20 hours; Monday - Friday; Evening Hours
Responsibilities:
Monitor office space
Filing and scanning documents to Electronic Record
Open, sort and distribute mail
Take and file meeting minutes for staff meetings
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate programs
Manage and order office supplies, as needed
Monitor check requests and purchase orders as directed by the Team Leader
Complete fire drills and submit reports
Compile program reports
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Secretarial, administrative or Clerical and Administrative experience
Must be18 years or older
Valid Driver's License in good standing
Vaccination required per EO 283 as applies to all healthcare facilities
