Job Description The primary responsibility of this position is to answer phone calls in the corporate office in a kind and friendly manner. A potential customers first impression of the company may be based on the way the receptionist answers the switch board phone.
Varying Shifts: Monday through Friday in the office. $15/hour. Health benefits and 401K eligible after 90 days.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Answer calls for the office.
Transfer calls to the appropriate person in the office.
Capture sales lead information via a web form.
Assist with reassigning accounts and leads in a CRM system.
Complete general office work as requested.
Compile, summarize, and distribute weekly reports.
Identify and distribute e-faxes to the appropriate people.
Evaluate and distribute packages delivered to the office.
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Excellent telephone skills and phone demeanor
Attention to detail
Great problem solving and need analysis skills
Strong focus on pleasing customers and callers
Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
Basic computer Receptionist or call center experience is a plus

This job cannot be performed remotely. Do you live within 25-30 miles of the Willow Grove office to be able to commute daily?
